This document explains what we collect when you browse, buy, sell or open a dispute — why each category exists, who it is shared with, how long it is kept and the rights you can exercise. Where a law requires us to keep a record, we say so instead of promising deletion.

How long each category is kept.
Where a law sets the clock, we keep the record for that full period — deletion requests for those categories take effect when the legal window ends, not before.

Account-closure requests start every clock that can legally run; categories under legal retention are archived with access restricted to compliance staff until their window ends.
Your rights, and how to reach us.
Every action below works from the keyboard and applies to your own account's participation — buyers see their orders and messages, sellers see their shop's records.
What you can ask for
- Access — a copy of the data tied to your account, per category above.
- Correction — fix inaccurate profile, delivery or verification details.
- Deletion — applied where no legal retention window is running; the schedule above says which categories that excludes.
- Objection — opt out of non-essential message-pattern analysis and marketing messages.
- Portability — your order history and reviews in a machine-readable export.
Act on it
Message and marketing consent lives in your notification preferences — changes there apply going forward and never override the legal retention schedule above.
Privacy requests: email from your account address. We answer within 30 days. If a request touches a category under legal retention, we tell you exactly which window applies and when it ends.
