Buyer's timeline · Jane Doe
- Jane pays for the jacket through Bazario. The marketplace records receipt #RCPT-4821 — the seller never sees her card details, only a held payout.
- Every carrier scan attaches to the order timeline. If nothing ships, the order can be cancelled and the protected payment returned under the protection terms.
- Carrier delivery confirmation starts the configured inspection window. Jane checks the jacket against the listing photos and description while the payout stays held.
- Happy? Confirm, or simply let the window close — the payout releases either way. Not right? Report a problem before the deadline and the payout stays held for review.
Seller's timeline · Sarah Wilson
- Sarah's balance shows the sale as held, not cash. The exact amount is read from the published fee schedule.
- Tracking number and packing photos attach to the order before release is possible. This evidence is what protects Sarah if a dispute opens later.
- The carrier's delivery scan moves the order to inspection. Sarah sees the release date — Aug 12 — and can plan on it.
- The held payout releases to Sarah's payable balance. If Jane reported a problem instead, the amount stays frozen until the dispute resolves.

A dispute freezes the payout and starts a clock — for both sides.
